About

We bring over two decades of hands-on experience in building and renovating homes to every inspection we perform.

Our founder, David Garton, is a certified home inspector who has personally overseen the inspection of more than 3,700 homes and has built and renovated over 700 homes himself.

David’s passion is to help buyers feel at ease and confident about their home purchase.

David believes that when you have comprehensive information about a house—including problems, defects, deferred maintenance, and hidden secrets—you can make an informed decision about your purchase. To achieve this, David offers practical advice about your options, including Do-It-Yourself (DIY) solutions.

David is always available to answer questions and offer solutions, even up to a year after you purchase your home.

Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, with weekends available by appointment.

Home inspections with us start at $400, and the final cost may vary based on factors such as the size, age, and foundation of the home.

While it’s not necessary for you to be present during the inspection, we highly recommend joining us for the walk-through of the findings once the inspection is completed.

Our payment is due when the order is placed, and we accept check, cash, or credit/debit card.

We also offer an option to bill to escrow, with a credit card required to be on file as a backup payment method.

The average home inspection takes about 2 hours plus another hour for the walk-through with the homeowner, but depending on your home, the inspection may take up to 4 hours.

Our reports are thorough and usually delivered within 24 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
